Privacy notice

1. What is collected

Members: your email address, name, shipping address, what you contributed, and
what coffee you claimed.

Farmers and station staff: your name, member reference, phone number, mobile
money number, village, tree count, and the deliveries you make.

2. What it is used for

Running the cooperative. Sending you your coffee, sending farmers their delivery
receipts, keeping the ledger, and meeting record-keeping obligations.

3. What is not done with it

Your data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers. Farmer phone numbers
are not given to third parties for marketing.

4. Who can see it

A station's records are visible to that station and to cooperative operators.
One station cannot see another station's farmers. Members can see their own
records in full.

5. IP addresses

Where an IP address is recorded — for example as evidence of a signature — it is
stored as a one-way hash, never as the address itself.

6. Messages

Delivery receipts are sent by SMS, USSD or WhatsApp depending on the country.
Message content and delivery status are retained so a farmer who says they never
received a receipt can be answered.

7. How long

Financial records are kept as long as the law requires. Everything else is kept
while you are a member or a registered farmer, and for a reasonable period
after.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, and ask for deletion
of anything not required for financial records.
